The activity I do that can cause injury and lead to death is: spending too much time sitting.


Sitting too long affects your health and can cause injury and even death. The body needs movement, when you spend a lot of time sitting this body need is not met and can cause your health problems.

Spending too much time sitting can cause back pain, circulatory problems, fat accumulation, diabetes, arthritis and tendonitis. All of these factors are very harmful to your health. In addition to being extremely uncomfortable, it can be aggravated and pose a serious risk to your life.

Answer: Personally, I don't engage in many activities. But the ones I do are a little dangerous. I compete in fencing, an ancient sport. I don't think I'd lead to death, but I've gotten quite the injuries.
